01

Agreement and eligibility

These terms govern your use of trewhosting.com, the Trew Hosting Windows and macOS applications, customer accounts, purchases, support, updates, and shared server access. By using the service, you agree to these terms. You must be able to enter a binding agreement where you live; if you are under the age of majority, a parent or guardian must approve your purchase and use.

02

What Trew Hosting provides

Trew Hosting is a desktop control center for creating and managing locally hosted game servers. Depending on the game and operating system, it can download official server components, help manage mods and plugins, create backups, display local performance information, and provide optional account-based collaboration. Windows supports the broadest catalog; macOS support depends on native server software made available by each game publisher. Trew Hosting does not sell remote server hardware, internet access, public IP addresses, router configuration, or guaranteed game uptime.

03

Plans and licenses

  • A Game Week Pass provides seven days of access for the game selected at checkout.
  • Trew Hosting Infinite provides continuing access to supported games under the license terms shown at checkout.
  • Licenses are personal, may be activated only within the permitted device and account limits, and may not be shared, resold, copied, bypassed, or used to provide unlicensed access.
  • Replacing a computer or recovering a purchase may require account verification, deactivation of an old installation, or support assistance.
04

Payments and refunds

Prices and the exact plan scope are displayed before payment. Stripe processes card information and may apply taxes or currency conversion where required. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, completed digital-license purchases are final after the license is delivered or activated. Contact support promptly if you were charged incorrectly, did not receive access, or believe a payment was unauthorized.

05

Your servers and responsibilities

  • You are responsible for your computer, network, firewall and router choices, server rules, players, content, backups, storage capacity, and compliance with game-publisher and mod-author terms.
  • Keep independent backups before importing, restoring, updating, modifying, archiving, or deleting a server. Review compatibility recommendations and console output before overriding warnings.
  • Do not use Trew Hosting to distribute malware, infringe rights, evade access controls, attack services, harass others, or operate an unlawful server.
  • Only grant shared access to people you trust. Hosts are responsible for assigned roles and may revoke them at any time.
06

Third-party software and content

Games, Java, .NET, server runtimes, mod loaders, plugins, mods, and catalog services are provided by third parties. Their licenses, availability, compatibility, and distribution permissions still apply. Trew Hosting is independent and is not affiliated with any game publisher or third-party content provider. A catalog listing or compatibility suggestion is not a guarantee that a component is safe or will work with every server.

07

Updates, availability, and enforcement

We may change, repair, add, or remove features; publish security and compatibility updates; or discontinue obsolete versions. Online features can be interrupted by maintenance, provider outages, internet conditions, or third-party changes. We may suspend or revoke access obtained through fraud, payment reversal, license sharing, tampering, abuse, or a serious violation of these terms.

08

Disclaimers and limits

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every mod or game version, public connectivity, or prevention of data loss. To the extent permitted by law, Trew Hosting is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.

09

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the product changes. The date above identifies the current version, and material changes will be presented when practical. If a change materially affects a paid license, applicable consumer rights remain available. Questions can be sent to support@trewhosting.com.
